The food was average, but unfortunately almost everything else was disappointing. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. Tables remained dirty for more than 30 minutes before anyone cleaned them. When they finally did, the staff used only a cloth without gloves or any visible hygiene practices. Flies were everywhere, making the dining experience very unpleasant. The service was slow and poorly organized. The customer flow from the cashier to receiving the order and finding a table was confusing and inefficient. The tables and chairs were in poor condition and did not feel clean or well maintained. On top of that, the restaurant was extremely hot, and even the drinks were served warm instead of cold. Based on what I experienced in the dining area, it raises concerns about the level of cleanliness behind the scenes. I sincerely hope the management improves hygiene, customer service, and the overall dining environment because there is a lot of room for improvement.
