Had a wonderful experience at Solis Restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant, calm, and very welcoming, but what truly made the visit special was the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail from the team. A special thank you to Safwat for the outstanding service and professionalism throughout the evening. Also, compliments to Chef Ahmad Yehia for the delicious food and beautifully prepared dishes, every plate was full of flavor and quality. And of course, much appreciation to Mr. Alaaeddine, the manager, for making sure everything was perfect and for maintaining such a high standard of hospitality. Definitely one of the nicest dining experiences in Maadi, and I would gladly visit again.
We had a lovely breakfast and lunch with our family during Sham El Nessim. We were seated on the pool with a beautiful view of the Nile. Sama was exceptional and looked after us well. The DJ, magician and percussionist were great. We are definitely coming back soon.
Super restaurant, one of the best sushis we ever had, the seafood risotto and coulant were also remarkable, overall everything was excellent.
