This place is amazing. We had several orders of steak. They were cooked to perfection. It had terrific ambiance! Thoroughly enjoyed dinner there.
My experience at Sizzler Maadi was fascinating. Starting with the cozy, romantic dinner atmosphere and the outstanding hospitality from the waiters, everything felt top-notch. The food was great, and the overall dining experience was excellent. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the staff managing the waiting list. Being a bit more attentive and welcoming would perfectly complement the amazing service and food. Overall, keep up the great work!
Lovely place as usual service is great and food is very delicious, portions are great highly recommended if you’re looking for a good steak around Maadi.
My favourite steak restaurant love to hit up in Maadi. The staff there are always so welcoming. Usually, my order is out of the kitchen within 20 minutes, which is so fine . I especially dig their fried chicken combo; very recommended It's definitely my go-to spot for a great meal.
Excellent Steak, but Terrible Service and Attitude! If you are looking for great meat, this place definitely delivers. The steak was absolutely fantastic, and both the mashed potatoes and the Mexican rice were top-notch. However, I highly recommend skipping the chicken and the vegetable rice, as they were quite disappointing and didn't match the high quality of the beef. While the meat was excellent, the overall experience was severely dragged down by the staff. The customer service was genuinely poor, particularly from the waiter who served our table. He had a very bad attitude, was completely unwelcoming, and couldn't even manage a simple smile during our entire visit. Additionally, the venue is completely enclosed and the atmosphere is just acceptable—nothing special. You should also be aware that finding parking nearby is very difficult and not a smooth experience. Overall, the food (especially the steak) is great, but management urgently needs to work on their staff's hospitality. A good meal is easily ruined when the employees don't even know how to smile or treat their guests properly.
