Superb location, clean rooms, friendly staff (kudos to Abdo). Well worth the money.. I would however appreciate some variation in the breakfast (served in the room) which was great btw. but was repeated every day (5 days).
I really loved my stay with this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! On my arrival day, they allowed me to leave the bags as early as 8am and on my departure day they kept my bags till 10pm. The staff is very kind and always try to help. Especially Ali was very helpful with all my request. The hotel is centrally located in a historic building and close to everything
The hotel is very central and close to everything. Rooms are clean and the service is kind but there are some critical points: - A sewage smell came from the toilet. - Water pressure of the shower is low. - The quality of the breakfast (served in the room) could be improved. But especially the drinks came too late, up to 30-40 minutes after the food. - Beds were hard but especially the blankets were too heavy, not suited to the hot Egyptian weather. Lighter bedding is more appropriate.
